No level required! We teach complete beginners, improving beginners, and intermediate surfers. Before each lesson we assess your level and choose the best spot and coaching style for you. Whether you've never touched a board or you're working on your turns, we have the right lesson for you.
Each session is 2 hours, available between 10am and 5pm daily. We recommend morning sessions when winds are typically lighter and conditions are smoother, but we'll always guide you to the best time based on the day's forecast.
Our group lessons have a maximum of 3 to 5 people per instructor, so you get plenty of personal attention. If you prefer one-on-one coaching, our private lessons pair you with your own instructor for the full 2 hours.
Yes! Family lessons are one of our most popular options. Parents and children can surf together with our instructors guiding the whole group. We adjust the pace so everyone progresses at a level that feels comfortable and fun, from young children to adults learning for the first time.
We teach at carefully selected spots in Essaouira and Sidi Kaouki, chosen based on your skill level and the day's wave and wind conditions. Beginners go to sheltered, sandy beaches with gentle rolling waves. As you progress, we introduce you to more exciting breaks in Sidi Kaouki.
We use quality foam boards from Softech and NSP — wide, stable shapes that are easy to catch waves on and safe to learn with. We also carry mid-lengths and shortboards for intermediate and advanced surfers looking to push their progression. Wetsuits in all sizes are included with every lesson.
Yes! Surfboard rental starts from €5 for a standalone short rental, €10 for 2 hours, €15 for a half day, and €20 for a full day. You can also store your belongings safely in our vehicle or shop while you're in the water.

I have been visiting Yassin and Mouhssin for over five years, and each experience is both delightful and enlightening. They began with aspirations of establishing their own surf school, which has now come to fruition. Every session with them is both thrilling and educational. If you find yourself in Essaouira, do not miss the opportunity to surf with them. A trip to Sidi Kaouki is highly recommended—it's consistently rewarding. I am already planning my next visit in June and eagerly anticipate catching waves with them once more. I highly endorse taking a lesson with the twins.

I spent 3 months in Essaouira and met the Surftwins on my very first day for a surflesson in Sidi kaouki. A friend of mine advised me to book with them and I was not disappointed. They are very professional instructors, with a great pedagogy, teaching you much more than surfing : letting go, overcoming, self-confidence...in a very joyful atmosphere !Then they became kind of a family for me as I was stuck in Morocco and I discovered they were such interesting and good persons as well. During the 3 months they showed me wonderful other spots and I also practiced kitesurf. It was amazing 😃I highly recommend their services !Thank you for everything.
