The Daily Structure

A typical day at the retreat:

7:30am: Morning yoga — 60 minutes, gentle flow, focused on flexibility and breathing.
9:00am: Moroccan breakfast.
10:00am: Surf lesson or surf session at Sidi Kaouki.
1:00pm: Beach lunch.
2:30pm: Free surf, beach time, or rest.
7:00pm: Dinner together.
9:00pm: Free time — walk the medina, listen to Gnawa music, or simply rest.
